Access Data / Server Logfiles

When you visit our website, we temporarily store the access data (so-called server log files). The access data includes: Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.

The log data is used for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer (Art. 6 para. 1(f) GDPR).

This Website uses cookies (text files that are stored on your computer) that are necessary for its orderly operation, based on Art. 6 para 1(f) GDPR. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit, and cookies are not used to analyse the use of the website or any surfing behaviour. This website does not use Google Analytics.

Collection, processing and use of personal data

To visit our website www.swancap.eu you do not have to provide any data. We only store the access data/server log files (see above).

In case you get in touch with us, we may process further data (e.g. your name, e-mail address and additional information you provide). We base such processing on Art. 6 para 1(f) GDPR. Communication related data may be stored for as long as necessary for answering your request unless a longer storage is justified or required by law. You can object to the processing of such data at any time.

If you register for our newsletter with your e-mail address, we will use your e-mail address to send you the newsletter until you unsubscribe from the newsletter (Art. 6 para 1(a) GDPR).

Apart from the above, no personal data will be stored in connection with the use of this website.
